When will my order ship?  

All of our pieces are made to order just for you. Please allow approximately 1 week for production, plus additional time for shipping depending on your location and carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Why is there no option for returns or exchanges?  

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes. We encourage you to carefully review sizing and product details before placing your order.

What if there is an issue with my order?  

We absolutely want to make it right! f your item arrives with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cottonwoodmercantilene@gmail.com.

Include:

- Your order number  

- A description of the issue  

- Clear photos of the item  

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

Do you allow order cancellations or changes?  

Because orders are processed quickly after being placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once your order is submitted.

How do I choose the right size?  

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before ordering. Since we do not offer returns for sizing, selecting the correct size is important. When in doubt, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?  

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Embroidery may also have subtle variations that make each piece unique.

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?  

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We recommend:

- Checking with neighbors or household members  

- Contacting your local post office or carrier
