Shipping & Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your items so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order related to craftsmanship, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at cottonwoodmercantilene@gmail.com.
To submit a request, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once your request is received, please allow up to 48 business hours for our team to review.
If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include either a replacement item or a refund. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a claim has been reviewed and approved due to defects, damage, or order errors.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
